Bush's and Congress' liberal agendas, lack of accomplishment, degradation of rights, Amnesty attempts, and inability to stop taxing and spending has brought them to new lows in voter approval. In a new Reuters/Zogby poll Bush received a 29% approval rating and Congress is now at a 11% approval rating. The American economy is in trouble and Bush and the Congress are steamrolling ahead with blinders and complete ambiguity to the crisis. We are experiencing a mortgage crisis, we are bleeding out our ears in assistance and education being given to illegal aliens, our government is hell bent on open borders for Mexican workers, unfair free trade, and the NAFTA Superhighway (in other words the North American Union, yes it is real).
Both Parties are too busy blaming each other and claiming an '08 victory to see what is happening in America. Could this be the election neither side will win? Could we see a third party candidate elected as President? If you ignore a problem, it will not go away; it will only get bigger. If you think you have something "in the bag", you probably don't. I pray that the Republican Party wakes up and makes some real changes. We must get back to the conservative, united and Constitutional foundation this country was founded on.
