Ambition must be made to counteract ambition. The interest of the man must be connected with the constitutional rights of the place. Those are 'constitutional' rights, as in United States Constitutional rights. Just wanted to point that out, liberals. Your proposals are for another 'place,' not here in America. Go there and leave us here to govern ourselves.
