Many people have discussed Barack Obama's socialist agendas for America and the potential of three or four Supreme Court vacancies, but one thing my husband and I have not heard discussed that we have been talking about is a true Dooms Day scenario for our Republic. Quite simply, Barack Obama does not have to wait for any vacancies on the Court to take it over as the Constitution, in Article 3, gives Congress the authority to set the number of Supreme Court justices.So if Barack Obama wins this November 4th and the Democrats retain control of the House and Senate they would only need to increase the number of justices on the Supreme Court to control all branches of our government; giving them the power to enact a devastating socialist agenda that would render America unrecognizable.
If this happens you can say goodbye to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, democracy, parental rights, and your freedom. There would be nothing to stop Obama and the Dems from turning our Republic into a dictatorship. This is not a far fetched nightmare, we have seen take overs of governments throughout history.

Maybe he'll open reeducation camps to reindoctrinate his enemies. He'll give written tests that must be passed or you'll lose your property. Of course only black people will be allowed to have power. Everyone will have to become a Muslim. There will be no penalty for terrorism, and the sugar plum fairy will make us all happy.

If Obama gets his way and has a Congress that gives him the power you may be surprised how Obama will change your life; it will not be the Sugar Plum fairytale you're looking for.

Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it. FDR tried such a move (Judiciary Reorganization Bill of 1937) when he wanted to push thru uncontitutional social programs.
The size of the Supreme Court has been changed several times in the past. It is up to Congress' disgression to determine the size of the Supreme Court.
I've been getting some information from independent polls--and McCain is not only closer to Obama than the MSM reports, but in some areas, ahead.
Pray the MSM is lying (to our advantage in this instance)
Oh yes, and the Presidential Seal--Obama says he's going to change that too, SR and DR.

I have been seeing the same thing. The interal polls show a statistical tie in most of the battleground states, or McCain ahead as you said. I honestly think McCain is going to take PA, with a shot at MI, WI, and NH. He is not going to lose NC; I don't care what they say. I think we will probably lose NM and possibly CO. But, I am willing to bet that we keep CO and I think they are also wrong on NV; I think we will keep it.

He is and I think a majority of Americans now realize that. It is a shame too because he has been so blessed.
