The closer we get to nationalized medicine the closer we get to having Americans dying to get healthcare. Thomas Sowell explains in his article how you get what you pay for and if America expects to get good healthcare on a government run budget they may end up dying while waiting for their healthcare because there would not be enough resources to go around.
When you cut costs you cut quality or quantity. I personally do not want to live in a country where a woman with breast cancer can be denied care because the government decides it is too expensive to treat her.
