An aquaintance of mine approached me today and asked for prayer for her nephew who was going to have open heart surgery; she said she wanted as much prayer as she could get for him. I told her I would post the request on our blog and ask our readers to prayer over little Tristan. He was born February 11, 2009, with two holes in his heart and other medical issues.
He is due to have open heart surgery on September 9, 2009.
Please pray for this precious little boy and for his family.

Many thanks for the prayers. I will let the family know; I am sure the news will comfort them. It is hard when people are suffering and ill, but when it is a child it is all that much more difficult to watch.

Thank you for the prayers. It is so hard to watch the smallest and most helpless of us suffer so young. Knowing he is going to have so many praying for him will give the family comfort.
