Sotomayor Ruled, A Racist?
By decision of the Supreme Court, Judge Sotomayor's ruling against the white firefighters of city of New Haven, Conn. was overturned. The Supreme Court justly ruled that throwing out a promotion exam and promoting unqualified candidates to avoid a lawsuit from minorities was wrong. This ruling makes Judge Sotomayor, not only wrong, but a racist. Think about it; because she is going to be on the Supreme Court.

I keep telling myself that it's not at all certain she'll be appointed, given the furor that is still growing about her so-called qualifications - and her racist statements.
However, since the current administration has demonstrated that it doesn't care what the Constitution or the laws say, I suspect that she'll get approved.

The only thing that makes me feel better is, as DR says, she is replacing a liberal who would vote that way anyways. Where we really have to start worrying is if a Conservative is replaced by Obama. Regardless, let's pray he doesn't get another opportunity to appoint anyone else.

Who would've thought that an Obama pick--a latino justice who publicly dislikes whites and says so--would rule against white firefighters?
Good that her decision was overturned--the racist, judicial hack she is.
I think the greatest justice of all is that it was her soon to be peers that overturned her ruling.
