Alaska passed a law right after the Real ID Act was enacted, stating we wouldn't do it.

Things are going to get REAL interesting when the fed.gov begins insisting that everyone must have one, in spite of the 25 or 26 states which have already refused. The national law is effectively nullified already, but as usual, the General Government is ignoring what the States have done.

Did I say "interesting"? Perhaps we should substitute the word "dangerous" or "scary". Or both.

Wish our state was as smart as Alaska. Unfortunately were still dealing with Gov. Doyle's legacy.
